ROOTS Learning and Wellness Academy

At ROOTS, we believe that every child deserves a place to grow, learn, and feel like they belong—just as they are. Our academy was created for neurodivergent children and their families who want more than a typical classroom or therapy program. We offer a supportive, inclusive space where learning, play, and well-being come together.

ROOTS is a unique early learning program for children ages 3 to 12 that blends hands-on academics, social-emotional learning, and individualized support. We use a play-based curriculum rooted in cognitive science, designed to meet each child where they are while helping them build skills in communication, literacy, math, and daily life.

But ROOTS is more than a school—it's a family-centered community. We know that when caregivers feel supported and confident, children thrive. That’s why we offer regular parent coaching, community check-ins, and learning resources to help you feel empowered at home, too. Our approach is guided by neurodiversity-affirming practices and the belief that emotional wellness is just as important as academic success.

Whether your child has a diagnosis or is just learning differently, we’re here to walk alongside you. ROOTS is a place where your child can grow strong, and your family can grow together.

Camp Arc Spark

Our 2025 summer camp is a half day inclusive program designed to provide children with play based learning opportunities using an integrated therapy model. Our program combines the fun of games and creative exploration with developmental skill practice. Serving children ages 3-12, our summer camp programs are right for every child.

Play Days at TLA LAWS

Our quarterly Play Days are designed to foster social connections and developmental growth through interactive, interest-driven play. Held in a sensory-friendly and inclusive environment, children can engage in fun, structured activities while forming bonds with their peers. Our Play Days support neurodivergent children in building social and communication skills through play while also giving parents a chance to network with others in the community. It’s a day for kids to play, explore, and grow together!
